Adivasi Utthan Gramin Vikas Seva Sanstha (AUGVSS) is dedicated to empowering youth and persons with disabilities through skill development and ensuring sustainable, wage-based employment in organized sectors. Our approach integrates robust industry partnerships, job fairs, and structured placement support to facilitate meaningful career opportunities.

Placement Performance

Over the past three financial years, AUGVSS has consistently achieved an average placement rate exceeding 75%. Notably, placement rates for persons with disabilities have reached over 82%, while non-disabled candidates have seen rates between 75% and 86%. All placed candidates have maintained employment for over three months, primarily in sectors such as telecom, finance, BPO, manufacturing, and healthcare. Our focus remains on securing structured wage employment rather than self-employment.

Job Outreach and Placement Initiatives

AUGVSS actively organizes and participates in employment drives, including mega job fairs and Rojgar Melas across states like Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. These events, along with employer engagement sessions and industry visits, enhance trainees’ exposure and directly connect them with recruiters, expanding our national placement network.

Industry Partnerships & MoU Network

We have established formal partnerships with leading national employers through long-term Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), guaranteeing annual placement opportunities for trained candidates. Our industry collaborators span diverse sectors such as automotive manufacturing, telecom, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, financial services, BPO, electronics, and robotics. These partnerships support gender inclusion and provide fixed salary placements ranging from ₹9,600 to ₹12,000 per month.
